Return policies

We always carefully check our goods before sending to you and take photos.Сooperate only with well-known delivery services such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, etc. Also, our parcels are always insured, but unfortunately we cannot control the whole path of the parcel to you.

If the goods arrived damaged - this must be checked immediately upon receipt of the goods and take photographs.
Contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

You must not use the watch, remove the stickers or make any modifications - otherwise we can accept a return (within 14 days of receipt), but you will need to pay for: shipping, insurance and watchmaker check.

Delivery

With a price offer, we always specify the delivery time and price. It usually takes 1-3 weeks from receipt of your payment.

We don't usually keep watches in stock, watches are delivered according to your request, so delivery takes a little longer, but we do our best to expedite this process.

For delivery, courier services such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, etc. are used.

All our parcels are insured.
